Cliff Buster

Chief Executive Officer

Cliff Buster joined Tempur Sealy International in 2017, serving as Executive Vice President and President of U.S. Direct to Consumer before assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer, North America, in 2021. He was named Chief Executive Officer, leading both Tempur Sealy North America and Tempur Sealy Legacy International, in 2025. Prior to joining Tempur Sealy, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Berkshire Hathaway Automotive, Inc., the fourth largest automotive retailer in the U.S. with annual revenues in excess of $10 billion. Previous executive roles also included EVP of Exeter Finance Corp, a $3 billion consumer lender; Senior EVP of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group; an officer of Helix Energy Solutions Group, a public international oil and gas drilling and oilfield services company; and Group 1 Automotive, a public international automotive retailer. Mr. Buster is a graduate of the University of Mississippi.

Scott Vollet joined Tempur Sealy International in August 2009. From 1987 to 2009, he was employed by Texas Instruments, Gemini Management Consulting, and Lexmark International. Mr. Vollet was previously Vice President of Tempur Sealy’s Global Supply Chain. He began leading the Global Operations team in 2013 with primary accountabilities for manufacturing, sourcing, product engineering, advanced technology for foam development, logistics and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and retail customer service. Mr. Vollet earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas.

Executive Vice President, International

Hansbart Wijnand joined Tempur Sealy International in 2001, where he served in various roles before being appointed the Executive Vice President of International, effective January 2022. From 2001 to 2021, he served in several leadership roles, including Vice President, Finance & Operations International, Senior Vice President of Europe, and most recently, Senior Vice President, Regional President of EMEA. Mr. Wijnand studied at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the London Business School, United Kingdom.

Stefani Norton joined Tempur Sealy International in 2012 as Region Sales Director for the Southeast and later the Mid-Atlantic South. She was named Senior Vice President of US Sales in 2025. Jimmy Rose

Senior Vice President, Global Operations

Jimmy Rose joined Tempur Sealy in January of 2009 as part of the Global Product Engineering team before moving to his current role of Senior Vice President, Global Operations. During his 16 years with Tempur Sealy, he has held a number of roles supporting global operations, most recently he led the Global Sourcing and Supply Chain Planning teams — serving as the Vice President of Global Strategic Sourcing. Mr. Rose earned his Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Sustainability from Lipscomb University, and a Master of Applied Science in Supply Chain Management from MIT.






Diana Strickland

Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources

Diana Strickland was named Tempur Sealy Global Human Resources Officer in January of 2020. She joined the company in 2005 and has held HR leadership roles throughout TSI’s manufacturing business and spent time in field sales. In her current role, she leads a team committed to fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion across the globe. Ms. Strickland earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.

Jimmy Rose

Senior Vice President, Global Operations


Jimmy Rose joined Tempur Sealy in January of 2009 as part of the Global Product Engineering team before moving to his current role of Senior Vice President, Global Operations.
