we serve to strengthen our business and further foster long-term growth.
How We Give Back
In 2023, the Tempur Sealy Foundation donated more than $800,000 to support organizations serving children and families experiencing poverty, homelessness, medical and mental health crisis, trauma, and addiction.
We’ve also provided 75+ grants since 2017, totaling more than $4.5 million in charitable contributions, to local, national, and international programs that are striving to make a positive difference for those most in need.
How We Move Forward
We’re maintaining zero-waste-to-landfill status at our U.S., European, Canadian, and Mexican manufacturing operations, and have expanded this scope to include our corporate offices and research and development centers by 2025.
Additionally, we’re committed to achieving carbon neutrality in our global wholly owned operations by 2040.
